Hey There!

I'm Rachael, the founder and designer of River Runs Show Pads LLC. My story starts with a lifelong love for horses. From a young age, I started the inescapable journey into the world of horse showing. I began with local shows & our county fair with my mom's old pleasure horse, Pokey, a 1982 Sorrel QH Gelding. After Pokey's retirement I began showing my heart horse, Sly, a 1997 APHA Gelding. The passion for showing only deepened over the years, culminating into the decision to step into the world of AQHA.

In 2021, I found an all-around prospect, Mazie, a 2019 Bay mare by Peace Out Man and out of an Invitation Only mare. Mazie's show career started in 2024. She exceeded my expectations for her first year in the show pen, earning a NSBA Congress Championship & a Reserve AQHA Congress Championship. I'm lucky to own such a sweet and kind mare. When I'm not managing River Runs, I enjoy boating out on Lake Erie with my family, being outdoors, photography and showing my horse.

River Runs Show Pads LLC is a Horse Show Pad Design Company located in Ohio. We are equestrian owned and understand the importance of quality gear. We are dedicated to creating beautiful, unique and high-quality show pads. Our pads are carefully and professionally handmade with 100% High Quality Wool with a tight weave. At River Runs Show Pads, we first-hand understand the time, love, passion and hard work that goes into horse ownership and the show circuit. This is incorporated heavily into our small business. We are driven by a genuine love for horses, a commitment to quality, customer service and a desire to make your show experience successful, affordable, stylish and uniquely you.
