To get started please download and fill out the Wholesale Agreement Form. This will need to be completed before an order can be placed and processed. Download our wholesale order form, print it, and email the completed copy to us to place your order. We will send an invoice to the provided email for you to complete payment for your order.

How the Wholesale Process Works
1. Browse & Choose Your Pads
Browse our online shop and select any pads from our current collection. Wholesalers can order any listed show pads, whether it is in stock or a Remake (made-to-order).
2. Download & Fill Out the Order Form
Complete the PDF order form with your requested show pads, sizes, and quantities.
3. Submit Your Order
Email your completed form to: riverrunsshowpads@yahoo.com
4. Invoice Sent to Your Email
Once we receive your order form, we’ll send an invoice to the email address provided. Full payment is required before we begin processing your order.
5. Order Processing & ETA
After payment is received, your order will begin processing. You’ll receive an estimated completion and shipping date.
6. Shipping
In-stock pads ship immediately. Out-of-stock pads, or custom sized pads are made to order, with a lead time of 4–6 weeks depending on quantity. If you order a mix of in-stock and made-to-order pads, your order will ship once all items are ready. You are responsible for shipping on all wholesale orders. This will be included on your invoice.

How is pricing structured?
We offer tiered discounts:
- 6–9 pads: $135 each (40% off Retail)
- 10–15 pads: $124 each (45% off Retail)
- 16+ pads: $113 each (50% off Retail)
Can I return or exchange wholesale items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 business days if there are any issues.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order. We’ll provide exact shipping costs on your invoice prior to payment.
Can I set my own retail pricing?
We allow temporary promotions and sales, as long as the advertised price does not permanently fall below our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) of $225. For more information on this, please review your Wholesale Agreement Form that was provided upon your approval.
Can I use my own brand tags or labels?
At this time, all pads ship with River Runs Show Pads branding.
