To get started please download and fill out the Wholesale Agreement Form. This will need to be completed before an order can be placed and processed. Download our wholesale order form, print it, and email the completed copy to us to place your order.

How the Wholesale Process Works
1. Browse & Choose
Browse our online shop and select any pads from our current collection. Wholesalers can order any listed show, ranch or work pads, along with our scalloped or taffeta shirts.
2. Download & Fill Out the Order Form
Complete the PDF order form with your requested products, sizes, colors and quantities.
3. Submit Your Order
Email your completed form to: riverrunsshowpads@yahoo.com , if you do not hear back from us in 24-48 hours, please text or call us at (419) 707-2608.
4. Invoice Sent to Your Email
Once we receive your order form, we’ll send an invoice to the email address provided. Full payment is required before we begin processing your order.
5. Order Processing & ETA
After payment is received, your order will begin processing. date. All wholesale orders are made to order per order. We do not keep wholesale inventory on hand. Lead time is 4-8 weeks.
6. Shipping
You are responsible for shipping on all wholesale orders. This will be included on your invoice.

How is pricing structured?

Can I return or exchange wholesale items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 business days if there are any issues.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order. We’ll provide exact shipping costs on your invoice prior to payment.
Can I set my own retail pricing?
