How to Order & Design a Custom Show Pad

Our ordering process is designed to make your customization experience seamless and enjoyable. Choose from a curated selection of twelve stunning designs, each a masterpiece in its own right. As part of our commitment to providing you with an unparalleled experience, we offer you the freedom to select the colors that resonate with your vision, including the base color of the pad.

To begin, decide which level of customization you want: Semi-Custom or Complete Custom. Please note that a $50 design fee will be retained in the case of cancellation if mockups and art work have already been provided. This fee is a testament to the dedication and time invested in designing and creating your mock-ups for a show pad that is uniquely yours.

    Our Semi-Custom Show Pad is a pad of any of our current existing designs. The Semi-Custom Pad allows you to select the accent colors on a black based show pad.

  • ✨Complete Custom Western Show Pad✨

    Our Complete Custom Show Pad is a pad of any of our current existing designs. The Complete Custom Pad allows you to select the accent colors AND the base color of your show pad, allowing for full customization of your choice to display your unique style in the show arena.

How to Get Started

STEP 1: Get in Touch
Contact us using the form below, by emailing us at RiverRunsShowPads@yahoo.com, or by reaching out to us on Facebook Messenger. Please note you must be paid up front to start the process. When you message us, include which level of customization you want. We will send over an invoice if you have not already purchased your custom pad on our site.

STEP 2: Pick & Choose
Time for the fun part! We will send over our color chart with over 100 colors to choose from along with twelve exclusive designs, all hand made by River Runs Show Pads LLC. After you review the designs and colors, send us which pattern you like, the size pad you need, colors you want included, along with the desired base color of the show pad, if you decided to go with the complete custom option. If you have a show outfit you're looking to get a match on we do highly recommend mailing us a swatch of the color(s). This way we can have eyes on your colors in person to compare to our yarn samples to get as close of a match as possible.

STEP 3: Let's Design
Next, we will send a digital mock-up of your custom pad based on your selections. We will make any adjustments needed to the design until you are satisfied. Once you approve your design, we will place the order for your custom pad and production will then start.

STEP 4: Receiving your Custom Show Pad
Once production on your customized show pad is complete, we will send you photos for your approval before shipping it out to you. From there we will prepare your pad for shipping, and it will be on its way to you!

STEP 5: Showcase Your New Custom Show Pad

We love seeing our pads in action! Tag us #RiverRunsShowPads to share a photo with us of your River Runs Show Pad in action! Time Frame: Currently Custom Show Pads take about 6-8 weeks for production. This is an estimate and is not a guaranteed time frame. Production of your pad starts AFTER you approve your hand-selected design.
