Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders placed on our website are typically processed within 1- 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.

Shipping Methods: We offer different shipping options for all orders. The available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holiday traffic, or extreme weather conditions.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4-7 business days after processing. 
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping on our site but if you are interested in ordering, please reach out to us at RiverRunsShowPads@yahoo.com.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, there may be occasions when packages are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. River Runs Show Pads LLC is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages: River Runs Show Pads LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been scanned as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the customer's responsibility. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
