Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at River Runs Show Pads LLC. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products we offer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help based on our policies.
Please note: Custom Items of any kind, including but not limited to clothing, show apparel or Remake's/made to order products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. When purchasing any item from us, you accept and acknowledgethis policy.

Custom Apparel Disclaimer
Custom apparel is made based on measurements and specifications provided at the time of order. Final tailoring and alterations may be required to achieve an ideal fit. Variations in fit do not constitute defects. Custom apparel is final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Returns: For eligible items: You have 14 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Any damage or wear will be deducted from your return. Show clothing must not be alterated in any way, shape or form and in doing so will result in a deduction we see fit, through your return.

Please email us at riverrunsshowpads@yahoo.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds :Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. A 8% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Products ineligible for returns or refunds: Any and all custom and remake/made to order items, including but not limited to show clothing, clothing, show pads, ranch pads, work pads, performance pads. Custom items are made to order and are final sale. When purchasing any item that is customized or made to order, you accept our return and refund policies. Show clothing of any kind are also final sale and not eligible.
Products Eligible for returns or refunds: In stock show pads, work pads, ranch pads and performance pads that were NOT made to order for your specific order.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you have received a River Runs Show Pad product with any damage or defects, please contact us right away. If we are NOT notified within three days of your order's delivery per tracking, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo and description of the defect or damage along with your email and phone number. Please email issues to RiverRunsShowPads@yahoo.com and title it as "Damage/Defected". 

River Runs Show Pads is not responsible for damage, improper care, or improper sizing provided by the customer prior to or after the sale of pad. We do highly encourage to secure shipping insurance on all orders over $100. If interested in adding shipping insurance to your order, message us on our website for a quote and to have it added.

Exact colors and designs of pads and products may vary depending on screen colors and lighting. If you have any questions, please confirm colors prior to ordering.

Show pad designs and colors may vary from pad to pad. These are handmade and no two may be identical. Variations do not qualify as defects.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges, but if you’d like to return an item and purchase another item on our site, message us and we can initiate a return on the item you want to exchange. Once the original item has been returned, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The standard return and refund policy structure follows same rules. Once you order the new item you wish to have instead, and once we receive that order, will we then get it packaged and shipped out to you.
