Rachel did a great job offering me a few different options to choose from when designing my pad! The design time was so quick!! I think I had my designs to pick from only 30 minutes after I placed my order! When my custom arrived I was SO impressed. She sent me photos of the yarn when choosing my colors and of my pad before she shipped it to make sure I was happy with it! Thank you Rachel!

Perfect description!
